Hello! My name is Taylour Beadling. I’m studying Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
I recently became interested in textile design, specifically repeat pattern design. I’ve explored a lot of different venues for art and design (ranging from comics to 3D modeling for games), but repeat pattern is a really interesting and exciting area for me. The idea of a pattern being printed on a variety of surfaces and used in a huge variety of ways is very interesting. It’s almost like a collaboration between the pattern designer and a person that sees a use for the pattern.
I’m relatively new to creating repeat patterns, but I am becoming more and more interested as I’m learning more about the various aspects of the process.

I love the foxes! Not sure what to use them for but I really like them. Also, I’m glad to see a guy in the top ten this year. I look forward to seeing what you can bring to the table!
