Julie Owens is a Nebraska-based designer. A lifelong sewer and crafter, she studied textiles and graphic design at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. This was followed by a move to New York City, where she spent several years working as a bedding designer at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
Julie now lives in Seward Nebraska, with her husband, John, and is thankful for the slower pace of life and a larger closet in which to store her ever-expanding fabric collection.
